Ms. Lilycent Uche Ogbuagu holds the position of DSG, Culture. In this capacity, she is responsible for recruiting and managing the cultural groups and performers that entertain and enlighten the audience during the Igbo World Festival of Arts and Culture.
Ms. Ogbuagu is passionate about Igbo culture and a veteran performer of cultural dance and drama. She has performed solo or as the leader of a group proving cultural entertainment in dozens of events over the past 10+ years.
Ms. Ogbuagu is from Edda in Afikpo South Local Government Area in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. She resides in northern Maryland, USA.
